Six Simultaneous Revenue Streams

Every Ton of Biomass
Pays You Six Ways

01
Disposal Fee (Tipping)
$109,500/yr
6 tons/day, 2,190 tons/yr at $50/ton. Many markets command significantly higher rates.
02
Alternative Diesel Sales
$547,500/yr
600 gal/day, 219,000 gal/yr at $2.50/gal wholesale. National buyer in Orlando, FL purchases all grades.
03
Biochar Sales
$584,000/yr
2 tons/day, 730 tons/yr at $800/ton via Farm Exchange. Immediate buyer access from day one.
04
Carbon Credits
$250,000/yr
Gridmaster manages the full carbon credit lifecycle. Each ton of biochar sequesters 3.2–3.6 tons of CO₂ equivalent.
05
USDA REAP Grant
$250,000/yr
USDA Rural Energy for America Program. Agricultural producers qualify regardless of location. Up to $1,000,000 available — covers up to 50% of system cost. Applied independently after purchase. No government involvement in the sale.
06
NSF Manufacturer Grant
$250,000/yr
3-year, $1,750,000 manufacturer grant passed directly to operators. Covers certification costs and supports cash flow.

How to Acquire the WL6-P

USDA REAP Can Cover
Up to $1,000,000
Of Your Purchase

The USDA REAP Advantage
Up to $1,000,000

The WL6-P is a private commercial transaction between you and Gridmaster Energy — no government involvement in the sale. However, as an agricultural producer, you can independently apply to USDA for a Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) grant covering up to 50% of your system cost, up to the program maximum of $1,000,000. Pyrolysis is an explicitly eligible technology. Agricultural producers qualify regardless of location.

You buy the machine. You start generating revenue. The grant follows — not the other way around.

Your Biochar Sells Into
Six Markets Simultaneously

Every Gridmaster operator produces the same biochar. What changes is which market commands the highest price for your volume and location. Gridmaster provides buyer access, market intelligence, and relationships across all six markets.

Market 01
Agriculture
$800/ton
Soil amendment and compost enhancement via Farm Exchange marketplace. Immediate buyer access from day one.
Market 02 — Premium
Water Filtration
$1,500/ton
Replaces activated carbon in municipal water treatment. Removes heavy metals, PFAS, and pathogens at 70–90% efficiency. 30% lower TCO than activated carbon. Confirmed buyer relationships in the Midwest and Southeast U.S.
Market 03 — Infrastructure
Stormwater Management
$900–$1,200/ton
Bioretention cells, flow-through swales, and infiltration filters across municipal green infrastructure. Federal stormwater compliance spending driving accelerating demand.
Market 04 — Construction
Concrete & Asphalt
$500–$800/ton
Incorporated into concrete, asphalt, and polymer composites as a durable carbon sink. Reduces embodied carbon — the construction industry's fastest growing sustainability requirement.
Market 05 — Agriculture
Livestock Feed Supplement
$600–$900/ton
Added to livestock feed to absorb ammonia and reduce methane emissions from cattle. Generates additional carbon credits from livestock methane reduction — a second credit stream on top of soil sequestration.
Market 06 — Industrial
Industrial Gas Filtration
$700–$1,000/ton
Filters industrial gases and absorbs odor compounds in manufacturing and wastewater operations. Lower-cost sustainable alternative to conventional activated carbon air scrubbing media.

Carbon Credit Certification

Two Stages.
Fully Reimbursed.

Stage 1 — Before Operation
$30,000
Project Design Document (PDD) prepared through Gridmaster's insurance broker. This is your entry into the verified carbon credit market.
Stage 2 — After Machine is Running
$15,000
Second-stage verification completed after the machine is operational and generating data. Paid only after you're already producing revenue.
Total Investment
$45,000
Full certification investment. Both Stage 1 and Stage 2 payments are fully reimbursed through the manufacturer's NSF grant passthrough.
Fully reimbursed. Both the $30,000 and $15,000 payments are recovered through the manufacturer's NSF grant passthrough. Gridmaster manages the entire certification process end-to-end — operators recover all costs and simply collect the annual carbon credit revenue.
