The WL6-P converts agricultural biomass into certified diesel fuel, biochar, and verified carbon credits — simultaneously. Zero air emissions. Zero external fuel costs. A fully managed business system built to generate revenue from day one.

Year 3 reflects expanded capacity or second-unit deployment. Biochar revenue based on conservative blended rate of $1,150/ton across six buyer markets ($800–$1,500/ton range). COGS and SG&A may vary by site and region. NSF grant is a 3-year manufacturer program. USDA REAP is operator-applied independently after purchase.
The WL6-P is a private commercial transaction between you and Gridmaster Energy — no government involvement in the sale. However, as an agricultural producer, you can independently apply to USDA for a Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) grant covering up to 50% of your system cost, up to the program maximum of $1,000,000. Pyrolysis is an explicitly eligible technology. Agricultural producers qualify regardless of location.
You buy the machine. You start generating revenue. The grant follows — not the other way around.
Every Gridmaster operator produces the same biochar. What changes is which market commands the highest price for your volume and location. Gridmaster provides buyer access, market intelligence, and relationships across all six markets.
Get pricing, discuss your operation, and find out if USDA REAP applies to your situation.
